Distribution Agreement

Creator grants Spotreel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing licence to distribute, stream, and sub-licence the Content across all current and future platforms. Creator retains full copyright ownership.

Revenue split follows Tier table (30/50/70/80% net-of-cost). Daily payouts via Airwallex within T+1 business days. Platform deducts AIVOX costs, CDN, and payment processing before the split.

Content must comply with Spotreel Community Guidelines v2.1. Spotreel reserves the right to remove content that violates guidelines without prior notice. Three strikes policy applies.

By signing, Creator consents to Spotreel's AIVOX AI dubbing service processing Content for subtitle generation and voice synthesis. Creator may revoke per-series consent in Settings.

Agreement term: 2 years with automatic renewal. Either party may terminate with 30-day written notice. Upon termination, existing content remains available for 90-day wind-down period.
